Our killing cone stand comes in different capacities from 8 cones to 24 Cones. The birds are placed in the cone & are allowed to bleed, halal while the shell rotates. This is part of Poultry dressing machineries which can dress 500 to 2000 birds per day.

Hot Water Scalder for small poultry dressing

The hot water scalder is an important equipment in Poultry dressing / slaughter house operations. Maintaining proper temperature of hot water is crucial for feather removal & maintaining the meat quality.

Our hot water Scalder incorporates unique dual heating concept. It comes with best quality of Electrical heaters with thermostat for Automatic temperature control. A seperate control bos with dual line temp. indicator, mini circuit breakers, individual ampmeters is provided to give full conntrol over heating of water. The scalder can be heated by propane or Burshane gas in stanby mode.

We manufacture Feather Pluckers that are used by broiler farmers for poultry operations. These feather pluckers are high in performance and renders squeaky-clean birds with no pinfeathers.
