Processing : The birds birds are stunned, dressed and chilled in most scientific & most hygienic manner. The dressing stages can be briefly categorised as :

Plant capacities : The plant capacities range from • 250 BPH to 1000 BPH for Broilers having live average weight up to 3.0 KG each

The feather plucker is one of the most important process machine in a Poultry Dressing Plant. These feather pluckers are high in performance and renders clean birds without feathers. The Plucker has an Unique 4 way adjustment to handle different sized birds from 1.0 Kg to 3.0 kg wt.. Entire processing is carried out in a scientific and hygienic manner.

The hot water scalders with steam heating, supplied by us are made from best grade of raw material and offers scientific & hygienic poultry operations. These hot water scalders with steam heating improve the water heating performance by upgrading better electronic temperature controls. Our scalders are efficient in scalding chicken in a clean, fast, and easy manner. We can also customize these scalders in terms of temperature controls, dunker mechanism, designs and capacity.

De-Feqathering machine or Feather Plucker as they are called is one the most important machine in Poultrry Processing.

Dhopeshwar makes Pluckers having 4 way adjustment for flexibility of plucking different sized birds from 1.0 kg to 3.0 kg ( Live wt.). Made in food grade stainless steel, it has all the provisions for giving best feather plucking jointly with our Hot water Scalder.

Screw Chillers are made in different capacities to suit the Processing capacities from 2000 birds per day to 10,000 birds per day. Chilled water is to provided from the clients utility.
