The Distillation is done either by Steam distillation method or hydro-distillation method depending upon the nature of Raw-material & / or the quality of oil. Plants have been supplied for widest rangwe of oils from the Common to Exotic.

| Poultry Dressing Plants are Conveyor based chicken slaughter plants having an overhead conveyor & full range of process machineries. The birds are dressed on conveyor through all the important stages of processing such as stunning, halal, hot water scalding, de-feathering, evisceration & chilling etc. The conveyor based operations & scientifically designed machineries ensure highest hygiene & best quality meat. |
| Poultry dressing machineries are full range of stand-alone Equipments for dressing of poultry in Non-Conveyor mode. These includes Killing Cone Stands having 8 To 24 cones, Hot Water Scalder with automatic on /off Electrical heating, Feather Plucker, screww chiller and Drip roller. These machineries are extremely efficient in dressing of poultry. They are designed for dressing capacity of 500 birds per day to 2000 birds per day. |
| Poultry waste rendering plants are indispenble in any Poultry dressing operations. They render and convert all the poultry waste 9 non-edible parts) into sterilised meat meal.
Our Poultry waste rendering plants includes Homogeniser-Cooker-Digestor to cook & sterilise the waste & sophisticated barometric sprays for scrubbing all the foul smelling gases emanating while cooking of bird waste.
